Olivia Bars du Jeu, Director of Operations at Unis-Cité, is a leader dedicated to the social and solidarity economy, with a career that combines expertise in consulting (Accenture, Eurogroup Consulting) and impact entrepreneurship. A true “connector,” she supports the strategic and organizational transformation of organizations of all sizes by breaking down silos and amplifying their social impact.
After founding several innovative organizations, she now dedicates her energy to inclusion and social cohesion. She notably served as General Delegate of La Cloche, working to combat severe social exclusion, and later as Director of the ACI Transition division at the Ares Group, where she spearheaded innovative professional integration solutions for those furthest from the job market. Previously, she led the development of inclusive employment at APF France handicap.
