President of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council and former President of the Mutualité Française
Thierry Beaudet is a French mutualist leader who was elected president of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE) in May 2021.
A teacher by training, he became involved in community organizations and the social economy at an early age, before taking on major responsibilities within the mutualist movement, notably at MGEN, the National Federation of French Mutual Insurance Companies, and the VYV group.
At the CESE, he promotes a vision of social dialogue and citizen participation in relation to major economic, social, and environmental issues.
