For more than two years, William has been working with high school students in the Île-de-France region through a public speaking training program to help them realize their potential, build their self-confidence, and remind them that every young person has a voice—and that voice matters. Our approach combines the development of oral and psychosocial skills while fostering an environment in which everyone feels empowered and confident to speak up.
