Vice-President of the EESC responsible for citizen participation. He was Secretary General of the FAGE, which he represents at the EESC. He was rapporteur for the opinions on “Youth engagement and democratic participation” and “Migration and the European Union: towards a new vision of migration policies.” He chaired the Citizens' Convention on Children's Time. This led him to present the citizens' convention mechanisms internationally, notably to the Bundestag, the US Congress and the UN. He has worked as a consulting director in a communications agency specializing in mobilization, and as chief of staff to a university president.
