After studying at the Sorbonne and obtaining a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Celsa in 1994, Stéphane Dubois began his career as HR Manager, first in France and then in South Africa, at Pechiney Electrométallurgie from 1994 to 2001. In 2010, he joined Alstom to manage the HR implications of the acquisition of Areva T&D's activities. In June 2019, he joined the Safran Group as Director of Human and Social Responsibilities.

At Safran, he distinguished himself during the management of the Covid crisis, avoiding mass layoffs and preserving the Group's industrial skills. He supported the opening of several factories in France. Social and societal policy has developed thanks to the signing of numerous national and European agreements.
